ROLL-BOND is a production process aimed to manufacture many different canalized panels applying a special bonding technique: a sandwich of two Aluminium sheets is formed by means of a special hot/cold rolling process.
The shape and the size of the flow channels are obtained by printing - with a serigraphic process - the desired pattern onto the inside surface of one of the sheets that form the Aluminium sandwich.
The bonding of the two inner surfaces of the sandwich is actually an autogenous welding that combines temperature (preheating) and pressure (hot lamination) effects.
The welding of the inner surfaces does not take place where the special ink is applied, in order to obtain a pattern of unwelded areas.
These latter are then lifted inflating air at a very high pressure thus creating the flow channels on said unwelded areas (channel pattern).
These panels once completed with connections and painted, are normally used as components for refrigeration circuits - evaporators - necessary to the realization of domestic market appliances (refrigerators and freezers).

  Possibility to optimize the thermal control of the cycle thanks to a constant reading of the thermostat probe.
