Besides the production of ROLL-BOND panels, CGA proposes the integrated and automated production of Heat exchanging suction tubes with mono or multi coaxial capillary system. These Heat exchanging suction tubes are produced by CGA with the patented welding technology Ultrabond®.

The CGA Ultrabond® heat exchanging suction tubes guarantee the maximum efficiency, the minimum costs and a practically perfect sealing of the joint (6-Sigma). They are the natural completion of the CGA ROLL-BOND panels.

The CGA Ultrabond® heat exchanging suction tubes can be supplied apart and produced according to Customer’s specifications with optional special features like multi capillaries, in place of other less efficient production technologies (copper tubes with the capillary brazed externally etc).

The Ultrabond® welding technology allows to obtain coaxial heat exchanging suction tubes with a single point of welding of Aluminium, Copper and capillary. This replaces the traditional spark welding between Copper and Aluminium followed by the brazing of Copper and capillary.
The Ultrabond® welding is completely automated therefore not subject to the skill of the operator. The main process parameters - as temperature, composition of the brazing alloy and the power of the ultrasounds welding - are constantly monitored.
