With canalization on both the sides (Aluminium - Aluminium).
This is the ideal product for all the applications that don't require the gluing of the exchanger. The canalization is present on both sides and the inside volume of the exchanger is therefore maximized.
These panels are effectively used as evaporators for freezer cells or as internal refrigerator cells.

With one flat side and canalization on the opposite side. Such product represents a 2CH product evolution allowing its use for those applications that need a gluing on an exchanging surface.
These exchangers are realized with both sides in pure Aluminium: this guarantees a good flatness.
Moreover they are effectively used in many refrigeration applications as foamed-in evaporators on the back of the inner liner.

With one flat side and perfect esthetical appearance thanks to the adoption of a special Aluminium alloy on the flat side.
The panels realized in the OSEF typology are manufactured using two different Aluminium alloys specially developed to obtain the maximum mechanical resistance on the flat side and the maximum deformation on the canalized side.
The use of different materials coupled with an advanced inflating technology allows to obtain perfectly flat surfaces, with very low planarity tolerance.
These features allow the use of the OSEF panels as semi-hidden evaporators, where the evaporator panel becomes integral part of the inside walls of the refrigerator, with considerable advantages in terms of thermodynamic efficiency and therefore of global consumption of the appliance itself.

The POSF product allows the integration in a single solution both of the 2CH and OSF typologies, for integrated applications of fridge - freezer. Part of the panel shows a flat area and the other part of same has a double canalization: execution Aluminium - Aluminium.
This product is realized by means of a special inflation process that allows the diversified inflating of different areas of the same plate.

Multi-layer execution which allows the use of this evaporator inside a fridge cell that utilizes explosive evaporating fluids. The multi-layer execution presents canalization of 2CH or OSF type. Specially developed for the use of the Isobutan fluid.
