satisfies every need of the Customers, supplying an assembled and painted evaporator for an immediate use on the assembly line, an intermediate finishing level product, or a not finished panel to be completed by the Customer with welding, punching activities etc.
SQUARED:
Panel supplied shear cut to length. No punching, drawing or internal cuttings ready for the following manufacturing processes to be carried out by the Customer;
PUNCHED:
Panel supplied only tool punched, be assembled by the Customer. Punching/bending tools are ownership of the Customers;
WELDED:
Panel supplied welded (with connection and/or exchanger tubes). Possible supply of degreased panels to be used with bi-adhesive tape, also pre-applied.
Leak tests with Helium vacuum chamber or with Sniffer (helium or hydrogen);
PAINTED:
Complete of connections and/or exchanger tubes.
Painting with epoxy powder in CGA’s painting booth. Standard color: Eurowhite white.
