The ULTRABOND®
welding technology allows to obtain coaxial heat exchangers with a single welding of Aluminium, Copper and capillary. This technology replaces the traditional spark welding of Copper to Aluminium followed by the brazing of the Copper and capillary junction. CGA has the ownership of the ULTRABOND® welding
technology patent and it is based on a welding - brazing process inside a special alloy energized by ultrasounds bath.
The welding is completely automated and therefore not subject to the skill of the operator. The main process parameters - as temperature, composition of the brazing alloy and the power of the ultrasounds welding - are constantly monitored.
Channels with a zero risk of leak.
The multi layer panel is obtained by rolling four Aluminium sheets: the two internal ones to create a standard Roll-Bond panel, while the two external ones have the function of safety sealing the panel.
Any possible spot defect (es. inclusions) on the two inner sheets used to obtain the canalization is covered by the two external sheets.
These external layers perfectly seal the channels of the inside panel after the rolling operation. The probability that two spot defects overlap on two different Aluminium sheets is close to zero.
Accumulator of cold now available also for the household refrigeration.
The TRIBOND is obtained rolling three overlapped Aluminium sheets.
The canalization of the standard roll bond panel is formed between the first and the second layer, while between the second and the third is obtained a sealed pocket suitable to contain a special liquid that accumulates energy whilst the compressor is working and releases energy when same is off.
The insertion of a TRIBOND panel in a refrigerator circuit increases its COP, raising the evaporation temperature of the system and reducing the number of the on/off cycles of the compressor.
The COLD
PLATE is produced optimizing the size of the product with the aim of reducing significantly the ROLL-BOND production costs.
Its use is recommended with energetic class A or B appliances. This optimized evaporator works with lower evaporating temperatures in comparison with a standard Roll-Bond panel, thus yielding a consequent reduction of the COP of the refrigerating circuit. The COLD
PLATE panel allows to eliminate the stratification of different temperatures inside the cell, as its small dimensions allow to install it exactly where the temperatures of the cell are foreseen to be higher.
