RBOP is obtained gluing a Roll-Bond panel onto a very thin Aluminium layer. This allows - with just three pre-set dimensions of plates - to satisfy the cooling requirements of a wide range of refrigerators. The different sizes of Aluminium layer allows a fine tune of the thermal efficiency to the values required by the system.

The TURBOBOND panel is a ROLL-BOND 2CH panel with the inside surface of the canalization dimpled: this is obtained by means of a special inflation technology. This conformation of the channels ensures a larger exchange surface between the air and the evaporator itself. It increases also the coefficient of convection inside the canalization, thanks to an increased turbulence induced onto the flow of the refrigerating fluid.
